Pensacola Photo Booth (TM) is now a registered Trademark and Service Mark

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Well, we're not flattered. We love free enterprise and competition, but when a competitor uses our company name in their web site and advertising in an effort to confuse the customer, well we just think that's wrong.

So, we registered and trademarked the name to stop local "Booths" from using Pensacola Photo Booth (TM) These 3 words make up not only our company name but now a legal registered service mark. Pensacola Photo Booth is now a registered trademark.

We started and opened Pensacola Photo Booth in 2011 and have been proud to have provided fun, photos and entertainment for hundreds of Pensacola and surrounding Gulf Coast events. Our business is growing and we are optimistic that 2015 will be a great year for us all!

Pensacola Photo Booth is a proud sponsor of several charities, teams, fundraisers and local outreach events. We have worked hard to do the right thing and take the high road and the name Pensacola Photo Booth is one of pride and good will. It's important that the public knows that there are other Photo Booths in Pensacola BUT there is only one Pensacola Photo Booth.
